Girovagando per il mondo malgrado il covid! - Travelling around the world in spite of covid!

Tre giorni fa ho fatto il giro del mondo! (digitale ovviamente). Un regalo inatteso di questo strano periodo che ci impone il #covid.

Ho iniziato la mattina in #Australia discutendo di #innovazione nei servizi #legali, ho continuato in #Rwanda, #SudAfrica, #Turchia e #Guatemala, per incontrare delle #startup nell'#edutech e per i #migranti del Seedstars summit, avendo sempre in sottofondo le startup italiane della presentazione trimestrale di Italian Angels for Growth, concludendo negli #USA, sempre con una startup ma di #intelligenzaartificiale applicata allo sviluppo delle #risorseumane in cui ho una piccola quota. Alla fine è stato un giorno incredibile!

Queste le 3 #riflessioni che mi porto a casa: 

* mai il mondo è stato cosi uguale. Tutti, nei 5 continenti, eravamo in #lockdown, anche da più settimane. Tutti in casa, tutti sapendo che c'è un nemico comune da combattere. Non sono mai entrata in casa di così tante persone così rapidamente, mai la #comunicazione ha avuto tanta facile empatia e familiarità.

* la generosità supera la preoccupazione. Tutti stanno mettendo le proprie capacità a disposizione della comunità, senza se e senza ma. Malgrado le difficoltà, malgrado la preoccupazione per le proprie attività e per la situazione.

* la #creatività è un motore inarrestabile e pieno di energia. Con chiunque abbia parlato c'era una voglia indomita di fare e di creare. Sicuramente con preoccupazione, ma tutti pronti a capire come adattare l'attività, come creare nuove opportunità, come cercare di fare #innovazione concreta e utile. Nessuno vuole fermare il futuro e tutti stanno facendo grandi sforzi per costruirlo.

Senza dimenticare la gravità della situazione, mi è parso comunque un giorno costruttivo. E anche un bello sfondo su cui augurare a tutti, Buona Pasqua!

Three days ago I made a world tour! (digitally, of course) An unexpected gift of this strange time that #covid has imposed us.

I started in the morning in #Australia discussing about #innovation in the #legalservices, than moving to #Rwanda, #SouthAfrica, #Turkey and #Guatemala to talk to some #edutech and #migrants #startups of the @Seedstars Summit, having always in the background the startups of the quaterly presentation by @italianangelsforgrowth, ending up in the #USA, always for a startup, in this case in the #artificialintelligence field applied to #humanresources, in which I have a small investment. Eventually, it has been an incredible day!

Here my 3 #takeouts:

* the world has never been as similar as now. All of us, in the 5 continents, were in #lockdown, many had been so for several weeks. Everybody at home, everybody knowing that there is a common enemy to fight. I have never entered the homes of so many people so quickly, never communication has been so easily friendly and empathic.

* generosity is stronger than anxiety. Everybody is putting her efforts at service of the community, relentelessly and without overthinking, in spite of difficulties, in spite of worries for her activities and loved ones.

* creativity is an unstoppable engine and is full of energy. An unstoppable energy to do and to create was moving everybody I talked to. For sure all worried, but also ready to search a way to adapt , to find opportunities, to find how to innovate in a practical and useful way. No one wanted to stop the future and everybody is participating at her best to build it.

Without denying the dramatic situation, I consider this a positive day. And also a great background to wish you all, Happy Easter!
